What Sagittarius means in Vedic astrology

Sagittarius — தனுசு, Dhanu — is the 9th sign of the sidereal zodiac, spanning 240°–270° measured against the fixed stars. It is a fire sign of dual quality, ruled by Jupiter (Guru).
