These terms are the agreement between you and Cosmic 6 for the COSMIC 6 app and the https://thecosmic6.com website. By creating an account you accept them.

What COSMIC 6 is — and is not

COSMIC 6 computes a sidereal Vedic astrological chart from real ephemeris data and interprets it. It is provided for personal insight, cultural interest and entertainment.

It is not professional advice. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing in it should be relied on to make a decision of that kind. Readings describe tendencies drawn from a traditional system; they are not predictions of fact and no outcome is guaranteed. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal or financial matters, and call your local emergency service in a crisis.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use COSMIC 6, and old enough in your country to enter a contract for a paid membership. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate details — a wrong birth time produces a wrong chart, and that is not a defect.

Memberships

COSMIC 6 is free to use with a limited set of features. Two paid memberships extend it:

• Plus — RM49.90 per month, or RM499 per year.
• Pro — RM79.90 per month, or RM799 per year.

Prices shown in the app come from Apple or Google and are the authority for your country and currency. Taxes may be added where they apply.

Free trial

New subscribers may start Plus with a three-day free trial, on the monthly or the yearly plan. Pro has no trial. One trial per account. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription automatically. Starting a paid subscription forfeits any unused part of a trial.

Billing and renewal

Memberships bought inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google to the account you bought them with, not by us. Payment is taken when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

To cancel, use your Apple Account subscription settings or the Google Play subscriptions screen — deleting the app does not cancel anything. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

One-time reports

Individual PDF reports can be bought outright. A report purchase grants that report permanently to your account and does not start or change a subscription. Reports are also included with Pro.

Refunds

Purchases made in the app are handled entirely by Apple or Google, and refunds are granted under their policies, not ours. Request one through Apple's or Google's own refund process. Where a purchase was made through the website, write to support@thecosmic6.com. Nothing here removes a right you have under Malaysia consumer law.

Nadi Leaf Reading

A Nadi Leaf Reading is a consultation performed in person by a practitioner, arranged by contacting us directly. It is a separate real-world service. It is not sold as an in-app purchase, it unlocks no digital content, and its price, scope and scheduling are agreed with you directly before anything is paid.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute or republish readings or reports commercially; do not attempt to extract the engine, scrape the service, or circumvent membership limits; do not use COSMIC 6 to harass, defraud or frighten anyone; and do not present its output to others as certified professional advice. We may suspend an account that does.

Our content, your data

The app, the engine, the written interpretations, the artwork and the video library remain our property or our licensors'. You may use readings and reports for your own personal purposes. Your birth details and your charts remain yours; we handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features, and we may change prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and Apple or Google will ask you to consent to an increase before it affects a renewal. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cosmic 6 is not liable for any decision you make on the basis of a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using COSMIC 6 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will normally tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction — without removing any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
