Delete your COSMIC 6 account

You can delete your COSMIC 6 account and everything attached to it at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate, server-side and irreversible.

How to request deletion

Open the COSMIC 6 app.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app installed, email support@thecosmic6.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

All of the following are erased permanently and cannot be recovered:

Your account and sign-in identity, including your email address
Saved readings and saved charts
Your conversations with the Thara AI astrologer
Birth details you entered — date, time and place of birth
Subscription, entitlement and purchase records
Email delivery log and email preferences
AI usage records

What is kept, and for how long

Product analytics events are anonymised rather than deleted. The link to your account is removed permanently, so the remaining rows identify nobody and cannot be traced back to you. They are retained indefinitely as aggregate counts only — deleting them outright would silently rewrite historical totals every time somebody left.

Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes, such as a receipt for a completed payment, are retained for as long as the law requires. These are not linked to your deleted account.

Deleting your COSMIC 6 account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel that separately in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings.

How long it takes

Deletion runs immediately when you confirm it. There is no waiting period and no soft-delete — once confirmed, the data is gone.
