My reading looks wrong

Check your birth time first — it is the single input that changes a chart most. A time that is out by twenty minutes can move the ascendant into the next sign and change large parts of the reading. Edit it in Home → your chart → Edit birth details. If the time on your birth certificate is itself uncertain, the app says so and softens the claims that depend on it.

I paid but nothing unlocked

Open Plans and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same COSMIC 6 account, and to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will fix it.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there — not in our app, and not by deleting the app.

• iPhone or iPad — Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → COSMIC 6 → Cancel.
• Android — Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → COSMIC 6 → Cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your membership keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Your account → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. That removes your profiles, charts, saved readings, Ask Thara conversations and purchase records, and it cannot be undone. Cancel any subscription first — deleting an account does not stop Apple or Google from billing you.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset link opens straight back into the app. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Ask Thara says I have run out of questions

Each membership includes a monthly allowance — three on Free, thirty on Plus, one hundred on Pro. The count resets at the start of each month.
